Description：In the Chang Chun factory project, Sucoot provided a modular column formwork system designed for fast and efficient concrete casting. Each column form consists of two L-shaped panels, minimizing the number of tie rods required while maintaining strong lateral resistance. After each pour, the formwork can be lifted by crane and relocated to the next casting area, allowing rapid reuse. The system requires only two workers and one crane, enabling each column pour to be completed in approximately 30 minutes, significantly improving productivity on site.
Challenges
