Our design approach is calculation-driven — before each pour, we analyze the dimensions of walls, slabs, columns and beams (height, width, and length), the type of concrete, and the pour rate.
With these inputs, our engineering team determines the ideal tie rod specifications, spacing, and bearer strength required to maintain form integrity.
We design and manufacture our own Top Beams and Base Beams, serving as reliable bearers for plywood panels in modular formwork systems. Their stable load-bearing capacity is backed by comprehensive structural and shoring calculations, ensuring consistently safe and precisely engineered formwork design across projects.
This technical rigor ensures the system holds under pressure, prevents collapse or deformation, and enables each pour to be completed smoothly — without unexpected failures or costly delays.
