Description：For EVA Air’s aircraft maintenance operations, Sucoot designed an integrated scaffolding system that provides complete coverage of the aircraft wings, allowing technicians to safely access every section for inspection and repair. The structure ensures seamless connection across multiple working zones, offering both stability and flexibility while maintaining safe clearance from the aircraft surface.
Challenges

Required full access to all areas of the aircraft wings with precise positioning and safety clearance.

Conventional maintenance equipment could not provide continuous coverage, resulting in longer operation time and reduced efficiency.
