Description：For the construction and maintenance of circular petrochemical storage tanks, Sucoot provided a Ring Lock Scaffolding System specially designed to adapt to the tank’s curved geometry. The curved surface makes it difficult for traditional scaffolding to fit smoothly against the tank, often requiring additional materials for reinforcement and frequent on-site adjustments to achieve alignment and stability.
Sucoot’s Ring Lock System resolves these issues through its modular, flexible connection design, allowing precise adjustment to match the tank’s curvature. The system forms a stable, continuous working platform around the structure while using fewer components and requiring less assembly time. This adaptability greatly enhances efficiency, material economy, and worker mobility, ensuring a safer and faster workflow for large-scale petrochemical tank projects.
