Advancing Ring Lock Scaffolding and System Formwork Applications to Deliver Safer, More Durable, and Cost-Effective Solutions

Sucoot recently hosted its Annual Engineering Review, organized by our R&D Department, to systematically review the past year’s progress in product refinement, system integration, and real-world jobsite applications. During the event, we also shared our technical development priorities moving forward.
This year’s review focused on the continued optimization and expanded application of our Ring Lock Scaffolding system and System Formwork solutions. Guided by direct feedback from construction sites, our engineering team introduced a series of design refinements addressing structural stability, assembly efficiency, durability, and long-term cost performance. These improvements ensure that our systems maintain a high level of safety and consistent engineering quality across a wide range of industries and construction environments.
Three Demonstration Structures Showcased
As part of the review, our R&D team presented three full-scale demonstration structures, highlighting the versatility of Ring Lock Scaffolding systems and recent safety enhancements made to mobile working platforms.
Heavy-Duty Stair Tower
The heavy-duty stair tower was constructed using our heavy-duty Ring Lock Scaffolding series. Each platform level measures 1.8 m × 1.8 m with a platform height of 1.5 m, forming a clear, obstruction-free access route with a total vertical clearance of 3 m. Fully planked walkways create a level and secure surface to ensure safe personnel movement.
Both the lower entry and upper exit directions can be adjusted to suit site requirements. The overall structure is reinforced with Diagonals and Level Diagonals, significantly reducing sway during ascent. After testing the stair tower, our headquarters staff clearly experienced its rigidity and stability, allowing them to move at height with confidence.
Temporary Grandstand Structure
The temporary grandstand was assembled using our light-duty Ring Lock Scaffolding system. Seating capacity, number of levels, and stair access locations can all be adjusted based on project requirements. All components are modular and standardized, allowing for efficient assembly using only basic tools such as hammers and bolts.
After dismantling, components can be stacked compactly, minimizing required storage space and greatly improving transportation and warehouse efficiency.
Mobile working platform

To further improve jobsite safety, our R&D team enhanced the stability of the top platform design. By securing the platform to Horizontals using clamps, we have created additional fixation points for both raised and lowered positions.
This improvement substantially increases platform stability, providing workers with a safer and more practical mobile working platform for daily site operations.
Engineering-Driven Development Rooted in Real Jobsite Needs
At Sucoot, we believe that meaningful product innovation is built on long-term collaboration with construction professionals and continuous engagement with real jobsites. Through annual engineering reviews and structured performance evaluation, we continuously strengthen the reliability and applicability of our systems—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting real-world construction demands.
Looking ahead, we will continue to expand the application scope of our Ring Lock Scaffolding and System Formwork solutions, delivering safer, more durable, and more cost-effective construction systems for customers worldwide—true to our mission:
Build Safer. Build Faster.
