三角背撐架 — 專為單面牆模板而設計

當單面牆體高度超過 4m且無法使用對拉穿牆螺桿時，混凝土澆築而產生的側向壓力會對牆模的結構強度要求更高，若僅靠增加墊條和使用大量斜撐方式施作，不僅成本增加且難以施工，也容易造成牆體垂直度偏離。

實固三角背撐架專為單面牆模設計，不須使用對拉穿牆螺桿，牆的完成面不會產生螺桿孔，且能有效承受單面牆澆築時的側向壓力，確保精準的牆面垂直度與平整性，提供更具成本效益的解決方案。

目前已成功應用於鐵路地下化、捷運、輕軌等大型土木工程單面牆模的施工。

    1. 雙C槽鋼結構，強力承載抗彎
      主體架構由雙C槽鋼組成，抗彎曲，承載能力強，可有效支撐單面牆模澆築側壓，並保持牆體垂直度與平整性。

    2. 預埋地面連接，形成主要受力構件
      Cone-L和J型螺桿在澆築基礎時先行預埋於地面，牆筋綁紮完成後在組立單面牆模時，將高拉力螺桿連接後穿過壓梁，將三角背撐架牢牢固定，形成牆模主要受力構件。

    3. 搭配調整座，靈活應對坡度與高低差
      萬向牛角調整座和下調銜接板可因應工地現場坡度、高低差變化進行調整。

    4. 整組翻用，快速高效移模
      可在前方裝設三角移模輪、後方搭配 U 型移模輪使用人力推移，或是直接利用堆高機(叉車)或小吊車等機具，直接將各牆模單元推移翻用至下一工區定位。

    三角背撐架分為上層(0.75m)、中層(4.0m)、下層(1.5m)三個構件，可依據牆體高度進行靈活搭配。

    1. 強力支撐單面牆混凝土澆築時產生的側向壓力
      • 可有效支撐4 - 6m高的 單面牆體混凝土澆築作業
      • 超過 6m高的單面牆，可選擇分層翻用施工，只要先行在第一昇層的牆體施作時預埋Cone-L和J型螺桿，當第一昇層澆築完成且要進行第二昇層的牆模施作時，在下方搭建實固圓盤系統®支撐架作為第二昇層單面牆模承載平台，即可將牆模吊放至承載平台上，將高拉力螺桿與牆模牢牢固定，完成第二昇層的單面牆模施工作業。

    2. 模板支撐系統可整組吊裝或移動
      • 通過移模輪、堆高機(叉車)，可將各組模板系統單元推移至下一個工作區域定位，無須重覆拆裝，大幅減少人力需求，提升施工速度，確保工程如期交付。

    3. 底座可調整底板斜度與高度，適應工地現場狀況
      • 透過萬向牛角調整座，可調整底板斜度與高度，以適應地面坡度與高度差異，保持單面牆模單元的垂直度，以確保單面牆體的垂直度。
