Benefit：1. As a city develops, there is always construction. For an old city, the constructions often come with removing the old buildings. The same story happens in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. When Kaohsiung railway underground project was completed and open traffic in October 2018. A cross-over railway bridge, Qinghai Bridge, ought to be demolished. Deadline: By February 16, 2019.
2. It is expected that the demolition of the bridge will take 12 days. Inevitably, a large amount of noise and dust will be generated by the demolition of the bridge. At the downtown of a 2.7 million population city that is not acceptable.
